• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails • Present our company to potential clients • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans • Some travel may be required (up to 10%)
• Bachelor’s Degree • 1-3+ years’ experience in sales, operations, account management, customer success, and/or business development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team • Creative problem-solving skills • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and recommend necessary adjustments • Demonstrated ability to perform research, organize tasks and execute actions involving multiple team members in a gated and deadline driven environment • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace, CRM and ability to learn new applications • Customer service, multi-channel sales, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills are a plus • Interest or prior knowledge of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and / or clean transportation is a plus • Motivational self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines • Strong time management and organizational skills
