📋 Description
• Scheduling interviews across multiple roles, clients, and time zones • Posting and refreshing job ads across LinkedIn and other platforms • Reviewing job descriptions and creating scorecards • Preparing and sending offers • Keeping candidate records and stages accurate in Ashby • Managing communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams (both phone and email) • Troubleshooting scheduling or process challenges to keep things on track • Helping refine workflows, templates, and reports for smoother operations • Creating an amazing candidate experience throughout every interaction
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or operations • Bonus if you’ve worked with an ATS (especially Ashby) or managed scheduling across multiple clients or teams
