📋 Description
• Partner with scaling tech companies and startups. • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles. • Flex into non-technical searches as needed. • Keep ATS systems clean, meet SLAs, and manage processes with precision. • Anticipate client and candidate needs, move quickly, and keep momentum. • Drive the process end-to-end and take full responsibility for outcomes. • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, candidates, and the team to ensure alignment. • Learn fast, adapt, and build lasting trust with stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience. • Proven success building teams within scaling tech companies and high-growth organizations. • Ability to juggle multiple urgent searches with speed and precision. • Passion for candidate experience, diversity, and data-driven recruiting. • Tech expertise - We use Ashby, Linkedin, google, slack and more!
