📋 Description

• Define and implement IT infrastructure strategies • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure solutions • Monitor and optimize system performance • Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts • Drive disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Over a decade of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure • Strong background in designing support processes and procedures • Proficient in cloud platforms including OCI, AWS, Linux, LAN/WAN • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP • Expertise in antivirus platforms and vulnerability remediation • Familiar with data replication and migration methodologies • Automated operational workflows using PowerShell and batch scripts • Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal
