📋 Description

• Build Hilbert's LATAM talent pipelines from the ground up • Source across software engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, growth, operations, and corporate roles • Translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies, market maps, talent pools, and qualified pipelines • Find passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, referrals, networks, and other effective channels • Create and test outreach messaging, channels, and targeting • Build talent maps for difficult and business-critical searches • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for progression • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate searches and improve hiring decisions using market data • Manage candidate momentum from initial outreach through interviews and help close candidates • Track outreach, response rates, qualified candidates, conversions, and hires, adjusting approaches as needed • Develop market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitors, and candidate behavior across LATAM • Identify and improve recruiting processes that slow the team down

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on recruiting and sourcing experience across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Chile; personally built pipelines and recruited candidates in each market • Proven ability to find and engage passive talent • Examples of difficult searches successfully completed, including the approach used • Ability to move between technical and non-technical searches • Market research, talent-pool identification, and pipeline-building skills • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter beyond basic keyword searches • Highly resourceful sourcing approach • Ability to manage several searches with urgency and independence • Ability to challenge hiring managers using data and market insight • Ability to maintain candidate quality while building pipelines quickly • Comfort working in a changing environment while recruiting infrastructure is being built • Professional fluency in English and Spanish • Portuguese proficiency, US-market recruiting, technical-company recruiting, early-stage/high-growth startup experience, and building talent maps or sourcing systems are bonus qualifications
