📋 Description

• Provide technical and application-specific advice to customers, analyze production requirements and develop appropriate solutions • Conduct trials and customer tests to validate and optimize results • Support projects from inquiry through to commissioning • Document and communicate test results to ensure transparency and support informed decision-making • Support sales with technical expertise and the positioning of solutions • Develop and deliver internal training on baking technology, processes and application scenarios • Identify potential improvements in production processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in food technology or vocational training as a baker, master baker (Bäckermeister) or qualified food technology specialist • Practical experience in a large commercial bakery or the food industry • Sound knowledge of raw materials, dough behavior and industrial baking processes • Understanding of production equipment, process engineering and production workflows • Familiarity with food law requirements, hygiene regulations and quality standards • Confident written and spoken communication in German and English, including in an international environment • Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility to meet diverse customer requirements • Structured working style, readiness to take responsibility, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
