📋 Description

• Independent management of grocery stores such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland • Ensure optimal product distribution and establish effective secondary placements • Identify customers' growth opportunities and maximize revenue potential • Monitor and optimize shelf placements • Take responsibility for territory and account management and document activities in the CRM system • Prepare competitor analyses and participate in trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a retail salesperson, or a degree with a focus on sales • Several years of professional experience in the grocery retail sector and ideally in FMCG field sales • Confident demeanour with strong communication skills • Assertiveness and strong problem-solving skills • High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality • Willingness to travel frequently and to stay overnight in hotels • Valid driving license (Class B)
