📋 Description

• Communicate with customers daily • Meet team targets and key performance indicators • Maintain knowledge of industry trends affecting company sales • Assist leadership in annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts • Develop and implement strategic sales plans • Represent the company at trade association meetings • Deliver sales presentations to key clients • Prepare periodic sales reports • Monitor and evaluate activities and products of competitors • Travel up to 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field with 5+ years of sales experience • Experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics industry • Ability to utilize CRM software • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Industry experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics manufacturing
