📋 Description

• Develop overall commercial and contracting strategy. • Support contract negotiations with OEMs and EPC contractors. • Prepare OEM commercial documentation. • Prepare EPC tender commercial documentation. • Support the Project Team in interpreting commercial proposals, identifying key decision criteria, assessing contractual and commercial trade-offs, and preparing recommendations for management decision-making. • Develop bidder evaluation methodology and scoring matrix. • Lead clarification meetings with bidders. • Evaluate commercial offers and identify deviations. • Review payment mechanisms, guarantees, penalties, LDs, and warranties. • Advise on claim strategy. • Advise on LTSA commercial structure. • Review claims, variations, and change management procedures. • Ensure contractual compliance with lender requirements and FIDIC principles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline. • Proven previous experience as Contracts Manager in at least 2 CCGT projects. • Previous working experience in the power plant sector in Eastern Europe and under FIDIC principles. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
