📋 Description

• Define and execute Hilo’s Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap • Design, develop, and continuously evolve dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics capabilities • Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making • Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and define reporting requirements • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics tools • Own and evolve Hilo’s Metabase BI platform as the central source of truth for reporting • Establish BI standards, governance frameworks, data quality standards, and best practices • Partner with Finance, Product, Commercial, Clinical, Leadership, Data Engineering, and IT teams • Analyze customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn, monetisation, and lifetime value • Support commercial strategy, resource allocation, pricing decisions, forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance reviews • Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end from requirements gathering through design, development, and deployment • Align stakeholders, manage priorities, and balance competing business needs • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear data storytelling • Ensure BI solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, compliant, documented, and aligned with data architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field • Proven experience building scalable Business Intelligence solutions using platforms such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau or similar • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts • Experience working with data warehouses and cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc.) • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field • Preferred: Experience with modern data stack technologies • Preferred: Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics • Preferred: Experience in Agile project management environments • Preferred: Relevant certifications (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.)
