📋 Description

• Define and execute Hilo's Business Intelligence strategy, enabling data-informed decision making across the organisation. • Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Product, Commercial, Clinical and Leadership teams. • Translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights. • Own the evolution of Hilo's BI capability, driving reporting excellence, data governance and self-service analytics. • Deliver timely, accurate and actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision making. • Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and define reporting requirements. • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics tools across the organisation. • Monitor and enhance reporting performance, usability, and stakeholder satisfaction. • Maintain, establish BI standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliability across analytics solutions. • Champion a data-driven culture across the organisation by promoting the effective use of data in decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience building scalable Business Intelligence solutions using platforms such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau or similar. • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts. • Experience working with data warehouses and cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc.). • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in a relevant field. • Experience with modern data stack technologies. • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics. • Experience in Agile project management environments. • Relevant certifications (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.).
