📋 Description

• You will support our team in developing and producing social media content, with a particular focus on TikTok. • You will research current trends, topics and discussions within hip‑hop culture. • You will collaborate with our editorial team to develop ideas for social media formats and content series. • You will assist with planning, production and publishing of content on our social media channels. • If you enjoy writing, you can additionally support the creation of articles and longer editorial texts.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in media, communications, journalism or a comparable field • Strong instinct for social media, especially TikTok • High interest in hip‑hop music and culture • Extensive understanding and knowledge of German rap culture over the past two decades • Interest in social‑media trends and digital formats • Initial experience with content production or social media is an advantage • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Creative ideas and enthusiasm for content • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
