• Qualify and manage inbound leads, identifying high-potential opportunities • Run consultative discovery calls to understand budget, product scope, and manufacturing needs • Nurture prospects over a 2–3 week sales cycle with consistent follow-ups and clear next steps • Clearly explain cosmetic manufacturing processes, timelines, pricing structures, and options • Coordinate with internal lab/production teams to align on feasibility and scope • Collect deposits and guide clients through contracting and onboarding • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts
• 3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or technical product sales • Proven experience managing inbound leads and nurturing deals through a structured sales cycle • Strong ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently on video calls • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and move deals forward without step-by-step supervision • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, client-friendly accent • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies.
