📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job families • Source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently and effectively • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies • Leverage ATS tools and automation to maintain visibility and momentum across roles • Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates to ensure a great experience • Track and assess pipeline health, report on key metrics, and suggest process improvements • Help scale teams across operations, customer success, admin, and other functions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, either agency or in-house • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, scheduling software) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities • Availability to work full-time on Eastern Time (with Pacific Time overlap preferred) • Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical functions (nice to have) • Experience supporting distributed or global teams (nice to have) • English proficiency • Ability to work 10+ open roles simultaneously
