📋 Description

• Manage recruitment activities independently from sourcing through candidate coordination. • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using various recruitment channels. • Work closely with UK-based clients and understand their hiring requirements. • Handle multiple roles across different functions and industries. • Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments. • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and clients. • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines. • Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with experience supporting UK clients. • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience. • Generalist recruitment experience across different roles or industries. • Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills. • Comfortable working with UK-based clients and adapting to their recruitment processes. • Self-sufficient, resourceful, and confident in recruitment delivery. • Ability to take ownership of vacancies and proactively source candidates.
