📋 Description
• Engage with candidates and clients via phone, email, and other channels to support recruitment activities. • Qualify and generate new leads to support sales and recruitment targets. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Assist the recruitment team in scheduling, follow-ups, and data management. • Support commercial goals by contributing ideas and approaches that improve client engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to candidate and client outreach. • Comfortable making calls and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Persuasive, commercially minded, and goal-oriented. • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
