📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned client roles from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting through interview coordination and placement • Use AI tools daily to accelerate sourcing, screening, and candidate communication • Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa • Keep the Cost & Salary Calculator and shortlist trackers accurate and up to date • Communicate proactively with clients and candidates about status and next steps • Identify process gaps or bottlenecks and propose improvements • Work closely with the recruitment team lead and clients directly • Run multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight • Meet shortlist turnaround targets • Improve the team’s day-to-day use of AI

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer • Daily, fluent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar • Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience with spreadsheet-based tracking • Fluent written and spoken English • Strong, demonstrated attention to detail • High energy and polished verbal/video communication • High ownership and ability to take projects from zero to one independently • Startup-native; comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats • Quick problem-solving ability • Proactive communication with candidates and clients • Coachability • Experience recruiting for startup, tech, or remote-first companies is nice to have • Experience recruiting across LatAm or EMEA markets is nice to have • Exposure to EOR hiring concepts is nice to have
