• Define and refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning for each brand and SKU • Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into compelling narratives • Own customer personas and journey maps across all funnel stages • Develop campaign concepts and creative briefs for various B2C touchpoints • Partner with media buyers to align creative strategy with performance goals • Review campaign performance data to adjust messaging and creative direction accordingly • Maintain a 'what works' playbook across brands
• 3–6 years in marketing manager, product marketing, or growth marketing roles • Strong B2C/DTC background, ideally in health/wellness, consumer subscription, or telehealth • Agency experience preferred • Excellent messaging, positioning, and copywriting instincts • Solid understanding of paid social performance levers • Comfortable with basic analytics • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools.
