• Plan, execute, and optimise growth marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, referral, affiliate, and social channels • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and turn data into actionable insights • Conduct A/B testing and optimise landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels • Work closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer teams to support commercial objectives • Research new marketing channels, tools, and growth opportunities, testing and scaling what works • Support SEO initiatives, content performance, and website optimisation • Build regular reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance and ROI • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth tactics
• Experience in a marketing or growth marketing role, ideally within a fast paced technology, marketplace, SaaS, or ecommerce business • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content, email, social media, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing • Experience using analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo, Google Search Console, or similar platforms • Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on insights rather than assumptions • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Naturally curious, analytical, and willing to experiment with new ideas • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams • Nice to have • Experience working in a marketplace, proptech, travel, hospitality, or SaaS business • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms • Familiarity with AI tools that improve marketing productivity and campaign performance
