📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end guest pipeline for our podcast: outreach, scheduling, communication • Develop and execute YouTube strategies that prioritize SEO, thumbnails, retention, and engagement • Run organic and paid campaigns on social media to promote content across platforms • Create branded assets in Canva or Photoshop for video, podcast, and social channels • Write and distribute weekly newsletters to engage and grow our subscriber base • Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback; iterate content strategy accordingly • Manage HubSpot CRM data and reporting tied to campaign performance
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years in content marketing, podcast growth, or digital media • Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast optimization • Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator • Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset • Comfortable working independently across projects in a remote team
