• Set up and manage Google accounts and access for new employees (Google Workspace, shared drives, calendars) • Maintain marketing operations workflows (intake forms, task routing, folder structures, naming conventions) • Support campaign administration (scheduling, asset handoffs, approvals, tracking sheets) • Create or update simple marketing assets using templates (social graphics, basic layouts, resizing) • Keep marketing files organized across shared drives and project boards • Assist with vendor/contractor coordination and general business administration tasks • Document SOPs and keep onboarding/offboarding checklists up to date
• Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience • Fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar) • Ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered • Experience in a VA, marketing coordinator, or marketing operations/admin support role • Strong Google Workspace skills (Drive permissions, Docs/Sheets, Calendar hygiene) • Working knowledge of basic graphic design and marketing asset preparation • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
