• 2–4 years editing podcasts and/or short-form video for professional or B2B audiences • Strong portfolio of full-length podcast edits and repurposed video clips (please include links) • Fluency in video/audio tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Audition, etc. • Clear understanding of platform-specific formats, pacing, and content styles • Ability to work across teams and take feedback constructively • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and process-driven organization • Availability during U.S. business hours (with flexibility around EST deadlines)
