📋 Description

• Deliver customer onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients. • Lead workshops and cohorts that help teams master workflows. • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users. • Build and refine enablement playbooks to ensure long-term adoption. • Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, ideally in SaaS or agency environments. • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms. • Proficiency in SQL and Python (required). • Strong communication skills and experience running client-facing training or workshops. • Understanding of SEO and content marketing. • Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed.
