📋 Description

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. • Handle employee relations tasks such as addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies. • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communications with providers. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Support payroll processing, ensuring that all data is accurate and submitted on time. • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including monitoring labor law updates and ensuring clients adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. • Participate in HR projects, such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes. • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide practical, tactical solutions that align with their business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar tactical HR role. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR-related software is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Availability during standard business hours to meet client needs.
