📋 Description

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, with most requests via email • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product • Become an expert in our gym management software • Collaborate with our engineering team on software issues

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English speaker with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • At least 1 - 3 years experience in a customer facing role • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work • Ability to quickly learn complex software products • Comfort working remote • Familiarity with collaboration (Slack) & ticketing software (CRM, such as Hubspot)
