📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and role types, from sourcing through offer stage • Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to endorsement across multiple active requisitions • Report directly to the Recruiting Manager • Collaborate with account managers and US-based clients to understand hiring needs and ensure candidate alignment • Source and screen candidates across approximately 3 active requisitions at a time • Contribute to a team goal of approximately 5 placements per month • Run initial screens assessing communication quality, role alignment, and client-readiness • Conduct structured prep calls, mock Q&A, and role-specific coaching for client interviews • Write detailed, evidence-based endorsement notes in ClickUp • Partner directly with account managers and clients to clarify hiring profiles • Build and maintain candidate relationships through and beyond placement • Flag quality concerns, process gaps, and sourcing misalignment early • Manage pipeline and ClickUp cards with consistent data hygiene • Track personal metrics and meet KPIs for talent quality, retention, and time to hire • Work in close coordination with recruiters, coaches, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote staffing or agency environment • Strong instincts for candidate quality • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions across different timelines, client types, and role functions • High ownership mentality, including tracking metrics and flagging blockers • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Meet/Zoom/Loom • Ability to deliver honest candidate assessments and flag red flags • Growth mindset • Fully comfortable working 12am–9am PHT as a permanent schedule; this is a firm requirement • Experience recruiting in tech and SaaS, media and creative, professional services, or accounting and finance is a plus
