⢠Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers. ⢠Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles. ⢠Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. ⢠Qualify leads based on established criteria and sales objectives. ⢠Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. ⢠Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM. ⢠Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities. ⢠Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness. ⢠Meet or exceed weekly activity and meeting-booked goals.
⢠1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or a similar role. ⢠Strong written and verbal English communication skills. ⢠Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. ⢠Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools. ⢠Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ⢠Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. ⢠Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment. ⢠Experience with SaaS, technology, marketing, or professional services sales. ⢠Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting. ⢠Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
