📋 Description

• Edit and assemble talking-head footage into polished, visually compelling videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut • Integrate B-Roll footage, motion graphics, animations, and screencasts • Enhance video quality through color grading, sound design, and audio mixing • Create visuals with motion graphics, animations, and text overlays using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma • Include closed captions in all videos • Incorporate royalty-free music and sound effects • Format and optimize videos for internal learning platforms, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Develop a consistent visual style aligned with brand identity • Collaborate with internal teams on feedback and revisions • Ensure content follows brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements • Maintain an organized and efficient editing workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to create engaging and informative video content • Strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication for video production • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop • Skilled in colour grading, sound design, and animation • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Meticulous attention to detail • Experience with editing educational content is a plus • Understanding AI concepts and applications is helpful • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
