• Build and optimise landing pages to support paid advertising campaigns. • Monitor, analyse, and improve website performance, including user experience, speed, and conversion rates. • Manage SEO initiatives, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and content structure. • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and heatmap software to identify growth opportunities. • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies. • Optimise campaigns against agreed KPIs, including ROAS and CPL. • Build and manage email marketing flows, including welcome sequences and re-engagement campaigns. • Develop and maintain a content calendar across website and social media.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing. • Proven success managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results. • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar. • Strong understanding of SEO, website analytics, and conversion optimisation. • Excellent written communication and content creation skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership. • Experience in e-commerce, retail, home improvement, or related industries is advantageous.
