📋 Description

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies. • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different e-commerce roles, including Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech, and Customer Experience. • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and commercial mindset. • Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health. • Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks. • Connect top global talent with high-performing U.S. companies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies. • Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles. • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously. • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders. • Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus). • Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required). • Experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent in LATAM or the Philippines. • Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements. • Experience working with DTC brands, marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart), or omnichannel businesses. • Background in staffing agencies, startups, or high-growth companies.
