• Build, schedule and send email campaigns against the marketing calendar • Maintain and improve automated flows — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase — and sign-up forms • Keep email lists clean and properly segmented • Make routine content updates inside existing Shopify templates, including banners, product pages, and collections • Keep pricing, availability, and sale elements accurate and scheduled • Create and maintain listing copy and images for both sales channels • Coordinate with content producers to deliver copy and images on time • Keep listings accurate, optimised, on brand, and consistent across markets • Own launch checklists and keep launches on schedule • Brief and coordinate images and content for launches and promotions • Build and schedule launch and promotional email sequences • Publish product pages and collections on go-live day and run the reset afterwards • Send products to paid collaborators and product testers, issue briefs, and track deliverables • Serve as day-to-day contact for paid collaborators and partners • Maintain a live tracker of deliverables, timelines, and status • Help shortlist new collaborators and affiliates • Check partner and agency invoices against agreed scope and prepare them for Manager approval • Report on email and store performance on a regular, predictable schedule • Coordinate with other teams where marketing work depends on them • Keep assets organised, the calendar current, and actions tracked
• At least 3 years in a marketing coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce execution role • A background in direct-to-consumer e-commerce selling physical products • Hands-on with an email marketing platform: you have personally built and scheduled both one-off campaigns and automated flows. Klaviyo strongly preferred • Hands-on inside Shopify admin: product pages, collections, banners, scheduled price changes • Experience creating and maintaining marketplace listings — Amazon Seller Central or similar • Experience coordinating product launches or sale campaigns to a fixed date across several people • Exposure to marketing reporting: GA4 or platform dashboards • Experience as the day-to-day contact for outside agencies or collaborators • Strong written English • Strong organisation. You can run several deadlines at once and hit them without being chased • Careful attention to detail • Basic image editing in Canva or similar • Full-time, 40 hours per week • Monday to Friday • Start time 9:00 AM AEST — that is 7:00 AM Manila time • This is a full-time role and we expect it to be your only ongoing client work during those hours • Growth Mindset: You want to keep developing and expanding what you can do • Creativity and Proactivity: You look for better ways to do things, spot problems early, and raise them before they become someone else's emergency • Responsible and Committed: You take ownership of your work, meet deadlines, and hold a high standard for accuracy
