📋 Description

• Design the web interface for Air, including team management, automation setup, and a results overview • Shape the design process for the automations sub-team and establish review and handoff practices with developers • Take features from ambiguous briefs through shipped interfaces • Contribute and maintain components in the shared Figma design system • Use AI and vibe-coding for faster prototyping when useful • Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning, bringing design input to Air’s future direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience • Proven examples of delivering results that impact the business • Ownership of features from design through production • Ability to clarify priorities, define scope, and deliver projects across teams with limited context • Active use of AI tools in the design workflow • Experience building or prototyping with Cursor, Claude, or similar tools • Proficiency with Figma components, tokens/variables, and design systems • Ability to navigate existing UI kits and contribute new components • Experience with developer-focused products or technical tooling (nice to have) • Experience with vibe-coding, design engineering, or code-level prototypes (nice to have) • Familiarity with agentic or AI-native interface patterns (nice to have)
