• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and training schedules. • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all pre-employment screenings and requirements are completed. • Support new employees in their transition by providing necessary resources and information. • Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience to implement improvements continually. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the onboarding process. • Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. • Assist with ongoing talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
• Previous experience in a talent acquisition or HR role preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
