• Identify, validate, and submit reimbursement claims for FBA-related issues, including lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory and incorrect fees • Monitor and track reimbursement cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution • Analyze reimbursement trends to identify recurring issues and implement preventative measures • Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile inventory discrepancies and billing errors • Build, maintain, or improve automated reimbursement tools and workflows (for advanced-level candidates) • Generate reports and provide insights to optimize reimbursement processes • Maintain compliance with Amazon policies and procedures • Reconcile inbound FBA shipments and identify inbound lost discrepancies that qualify for reimbursement
• Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA operations and fee structures • Expertise in reimbursement claim processes and case filing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and root causes • Experience with automated reimbursement software is highly desirable • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting • Excellent written and spoken English for communication and reporting • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central reporting tools and dashboards
