📋 Description
• Collaborate with the CEO and Talent Acquisition Manager to define job requirements and identify ideal candidates. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Lago's partners. • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit. • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have experience with Workable • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar recruiting role. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit effectively. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the Philippines, Serbia, or LATAM. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. • Being able to manage Social Media business profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn is a plus
