📋 Description

• Source candidates from scratch across LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and other channels • Build targeted pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill searches, focusing on passive candidates • Write personalized outreach to employed professionals • Search across the Philippines, Latin America, and Africa, adapting sourcing to each market • Conduct initial screening conversations covering interest, communication quality, availability, and fit • Assess candidates against role requirements and client expectations • Hand off strong candidates to the recruiting team with notes on strengths, concerns, and motivation • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand roles, ideal profiles, and client priorities • Track outreach volume, response rates, completed screens, and candidate advancement • Report search progress, flag risks, and recommend adjustments • Test sourcing channels, search strings, and messaging • Document sourcing playbooks, Boolean strings, and outreach templates • Share best practices and support onboarding of newer team members • Use AI tools for research, list building, and outreach personalization • Participate in application, video introduction, assessment, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background/reference check stages

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing or headhunting candidates in a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or in-house talent team, with a track record of filling hard-to-fill roles • Strong Boolean and advanced search skills across LinkedIn and other sourcing channels • Experience reaching out to passive candidates and getting replies through personalized, credible outreach • Good judgment on candidate quality and ability to distinguish strong fits • Excellent written English and clear, professional spoken communication • Organized and metrics-aware with clean record keeping in an applicant tracking system • Comfortable operating autonomously in a small business where processes are still being built • Available to work full-time during US business hours • Experience with offshore talent in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa (nice to have) • Background in staffing, recruiting, or BPO environments (nice to have) • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workable or similar platforms (nice to have) • Experience sourcing across technical, sales, finance, and administrative functions (nice to have) • Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing speed and personalization (nice to have) • Updated resume required for application • Short 1–2 minute Loom video required for application
