📋 Description

• Search for and identify residential properties with south-facing roof orientation using Google Maps, Google Earth, satellite imagery tools, and property research platforms • Confirm roof orientation and relevant property characteristics by cross-referencing satellite view, street view, and available listing data • Work through assigned geographic areas and target lists systematically for complete coverage • Flag properties meeting defined criteria and exclude those that do not • Collect address, publicly available owner details, roof orientation, property type, and other specified data points • Enter gathered data accurately into designated spreadsheets, CRM, or tracking systems • Maintain consistent formatting and data standards across every entry • Meet daily and weekly data volume targets without sacrificing accuracy • Self-review entries and correct errors before submission • Raise ambiguous or unclear property situations for supervisor review • Maintain a low error rate and take ownership of data quality • Deliver completed data sets on schedule and in the required format • Communicate progress and raise delays, blockers, or data gaps early • Organize and label files clearly for seamless handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail; data accuracy is the single most important measure of success • Comfortable conducting high-volume online research efficiently and consistently across a full shift • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data entry and organization • Familiar with Google Maps, Google Earth, or satellite mapping tools, and confident reading a satellite image • Organized and methodical; works through lists completely without skipping or approximating • Reliable and self-directed; able to manage workload and hit targets without daily supervision • Clear written English sufficient to hand over a data set and explain its contents • Reliable high-speed internet and a capable remote work setup • Available full-time on a schedule aligned to US Eastern business hours • Prior experience in data entry, data research, or lead generation preferred • Familiarity with Zillow, Redfin, PropStream, or county assessor databases preferred • Experience identifying roof orientation or property features using satellite or aerial imagery preferred • Background supporting solar, real estate, roofing, or construction lead generation pipelines preferred • Experience working with large data sets and maintaining clean, standardized records preferred • Submit a comprehensive resume in English and PDF format • Complete the required assessment
