📋 Description

• Conduct thorough web searches and utilize job boards to identify potential healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the organization’s hiring needs. • Initiate cold calls and email outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating high-level information about opportunities within the organization. • Engage candidates to gauge interest and collect essential information such as contact details, specialties, and availability. • Work closely with recruiters to pass along interested and qualified leads for further engagement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted. • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data handling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field. • Experience in US healthcare recruitment is required
