📋 Description

• Own and manage the marketing function end-to-end • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms • Build and maintain a clear content and campaign calendar • Coordinate and publish content across social media, website, and other channels • Monitor and respond to inbound engagement or ensure it is routed appropriately • Analyse campaign performance including lead volume, channel effectiveness, and conversion trends • Optimise campaigns based on data, improving efficiency and reducing wasted spend • Develop and execute targeted campaigns aligned to business priorities • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing generates qualified opportunities • Track and report on key metrics including leads, campaign performance, and outcomes • Maintain clear weekly and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders • Manage day-to-day execution including content updates, campaign adjustments, and coordination with any external support • Build systems, processes, and documentation to support future team growth • Continuously test, refine, and improve messaging, targeting, and channel performance

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, content, and lead generation • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and content calendars • Ability to analyse performance data and make commercially sound decisions • Hands-on experience executing campaigns, not just strategy • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to align marketing activity with sales and revenue outcomes • High attention to detail in execution and reporting • Comfortable using marketing, CRM, and analytics tools • Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment
