📋 Description

• Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security through IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies—both on-site and remotely • Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud • Support our clients in ensuring their operational resilience • Raise clients' emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, as well as switch‑over and functional tests • Gain insight into related areas such as information security and third‑party risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in system integration, e.g., administration of data centers or in IT services at a systems integrator, or alternatively a degree in IT, e.g., (Business) Informatics, Cyber Security Management or similar • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations and initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL‑compliant operational processes • Motivation to work on complex topics, pragmatic problem‑solving skills and a confident presence • Very good presentation and communication skills in German
