📋 Description

• You will work as an Associate Consultant in an interdisciplinary team of experts on exciting projects for leading companies in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. • You will advise and coach our Automotive & Manufacturing clients on digital transformation topics, for example in the context of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). • You will transform processes, methods and tools and help shape them as an equal partner. • You will actively support social selling to help achieve the business unit’s ambitious growth targets. • You will dive deeper into various topics, continue your professional development and build your own portfolio and network (including through our bootcamp).

🎯 Requirements

• You have (or will soon have) graduated from university with above-average results, for example in business administration/economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or computer science. • You have already gained practical experience in the automotive sector or a related industry, preferably in consulting. • You are passionate about Automotive & Manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), technologies and innovation topics. • You are able to reflect on complex issues from different perspectives and enjoy contributing creative new solution approaches to discussions. • You have a hands-on mentality and find sustainable solutions for our clients. • You are fluent in German and English.
