đź“‹ Description

• Support Learning Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing learning strategies and curricula for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and ensure learning initiatives meet both employee and organizational needs. • Learning Platform Administration: Support the administration of the LMS platform for the Americas region, including assisting Learning Administrators and ensuring adherence to standards and conventions. • Facilitate Skilling Voucher Programs: Assist in managing skilling resources and distributing exam vouchers provided by Hitachi Solutions technology partners, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and accurate record-keeping. • Enable Employee Onboarding: Contribute to the onboarding process by helping maintain Onboarding Checklist functionality to deliver customized, role-based onboarding experiences. • Project Coordination : Provide administrative and communications support for HR and L&D projects within the Americas HR Team, including training rollouts, compliance initiatives, and other cross-functional projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field; or equivalent experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new technologies (LMS, Teams, SharePoint) • Interest in LMS administration and corporate training initiatives • Detail-oriented and thorough approach to work • Experience documenting workflows and understanding business processes • Demonstrated organizational abilities • Analytical mindset for assessing learning needs and outcomes • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Must demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and verbal business English.
