📋 Description

• Lead global SCM projects and transformation initiatives against scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives • Identify supply chain challenges, conduct root cause analyses, and build continuous-improvement business cases • Develop and execute project plans covering risk management, resource allocation, financial tracking, and scheduling • Act as the SCM focal point in broader business projects • Connect project teams with supply chain experts, suppliers, logistics partners, and technical stakeholders • Monitor financial and operational metrics, manage risks, and identify optimization opportunities • Build relationships with sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders • Champion project management best practices and apply lessons learned • Mentor and support team members while fostering collaboration, growth, high performance, and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • At least 8 years of project management experience within supply chain, operations, procurement, or a related environment • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, methodologies, and project management best practices • Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams while managing multiple priorities • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels • Proficiency with project management tools • Data-driven approach to planning, execution, and performance management
