📋 Description

• Oversee negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTAs) at study level and drive document finalization and execution • Provide oversight of contract and budget negotiation status and manage escalation of out-of-parameter queries • Act as first-line subject matter expert for CTA elements for internal and sponsor stakeholders • Advise stakeholders on issue resolution within assigned studies • Plan contract execution strategy and forecast site-specific contractual execution timelines • Coordinate with internal study team stakeholders to align CTA strategy with study start-up plans • Manage expectations regarding global CTA negotiations • Coordinate communications between study stakeholders and global site contract and budget negotiators • Participate in regular study calls as needed • Prepare site contractual templates, payment terms, study-level negotiation parameters and processes • Establish working relationships with the Sponsor to align site contractual templates with global program strategy • Create and maintain document status reports and update department tools, systems and team members • Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained • Collaborate with legal, finance and clinical operations departments • Communicate and explain legal and budgetary issues • Manage discussions regarding fair market value of investigator budgets and payment terms • Support business units and the organization through help desk and other defined pathways • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, skills, and/or education equivalent to the qualifications may be considered • Ability to oversee clinical study agreement negotiations and contract finalization • Knowledge of contractual language, terms, financial attachments and investigator grant budgets • Ability to manage global site contract and budget negotiators • Ability to handle escalations involving contractual and budgetary requests • Ability to plan study-level contract execution strategies and timelines • Ability to coordinate with internal study teams and sponsor stakeholders • Knowledge of payment terms, fair market value and investigator budgets • Ability to collaborate with legal, finance and clinical operations departments • Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%)
