📋 Description

• Shape how technical and service capabilities are developed across North America • Oversee the development and deployment of training programs for field teams, engineers, and service professionals • Translate broader service and capability strategies into practical training solutions • Build scalable learning programs and ensure teams are equipped to meet evolving operational and customer requirements • Collaborate across service operations, engineering, and commercial teams to address workforce capability needs • Strengthen technical expertise and support adoption of new tools • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or learning and development • Experience in technical training, service operations, or workforce capability development within industrial or energy environments • Experience designing and delivering structured training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, or blended learning) • Experience working with cross-functional teams in service, engineering, or project-based environments • Experience supporting organizational change, capability development, or continuous improvement initiatives • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders across technical and operational teams
