📋 Description

• Support and advise the Chief Information Security Officer on enterprise identity security and resource access • Lead the company’s Identity and Access Management program • Ensure IAM platforms operate efficiently and effectively, including SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM, Active Directory, and adjacent capabilities • Lead an international team to ensure uptime of IAM systems • Design systems implementing PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust / SASE controls • Translate cybersecurity technical concepts into assessments of risk • Collaborate with teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia

🎯 Requirements

• Expert level understanding of industry trends in identity and access management • 10+ years of experience working in cybersecurity • 5+ years of experience managing IAM programs • Expert level technical experience with OKTA, including SSO integrations and identity systems design and architecture in a large enterprise • Strong familiarity with PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust / SASE • Ability to design systems implementing these controls and concepts • Fluency in cybersecurity terminology and ability to translate technical concepts into risk assessments • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Self-driven and able to quickly adapt to new technologies in a dynamic, fast-moving large-scale project with tight deadlines • Attention to detail and quality • Willingness to work in an international team with meetings several times a week at odd hours to support the Americas, Europe, and Asia
