📋 Description

• Deliver Global Delivery Services to Hitachi Vantara customers in line with defined Statements of Work. • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operations, applying independent judgment to design and implement robust technical solutions. • Provide clear status updates, high-quality deliverables, and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. • Contribute to project reviews, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and build strong customer confidence in service delivery capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical consultancy and service delivery. • Strong expertise in storage solutions, particularly in mainframe environments; open systems experience is a plus. • Ability to translate high-level designs into detailed technical solutions. • Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills. • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, accountable mindset. • Confidence communicating complex technical concepts clearly. • Fluency in English and Spanish. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams. • Willingness to travel and work flexibly. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
