📋 Description

• Develop and execute forward-looking talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans • Drive transformation initiatives, including process optimization, digital hiring solutions, and continuous improvement programs • Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to proactively identify future hiring needs and trends • Contribute as an active member of the global TA leadership community and support cross-regional initiatives • Partner with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning talent strategies with evolving business needs • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners • Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners • Set clear goals, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning • Facilitate regular team sessions to review progress, solve challenges, and share best practices • Champion inclusion, collaboration, and high performance within the team • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve efficiency • Implement scalable, data-driven recruitment processes in partnership with HR Operations • Support change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and adoption within the team • Act as a player-coach, contributing hands-on to critical and strategic hiring needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) • ~10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams • Proven success in managing regional or multi-site recruitment functions within a complex, matrixed organization • Strong experience in driving TA transformation, process improvement, and adoption of innovative sourcing/recruiting technologies • Demonstrated ability to attract and engage top talent using diverse sourcing strategies • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions • Experience leading both strategic initiatives and operational delivery • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
