📋 Description

• Lead technical sales efforts from opportunity identification to order booking • Manage the full product homologation and end-user approval process • Provide expert technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals • Coordinate product testing and documentation for regulatory compliance • Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and testing laboratories • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities • Build strong relationships with end users to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in transformer bushings • Strong technical knowledge of transformer components and construction • Experience with homologation and regulatory compliance processes • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate across functions and work in a global environment • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
