âą Independently manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline to consistently drive opportunities forward for both HiveSMART & HiveHEALTH offerings. âą Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. âą Close deals efficiently by tailoring strategies to client needs and overcoming objections with clear communication of complex value propositions persuasively to diverse stakeholders/decision makers. âą Negotiate high-level SOW requirements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. âą Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client requirements, solving problems proactively. âą Track sales performance metrics and report progress regularly to leadership.
âą Proven track record of success in closing deals and managing client relationships in a sales or business development role. âą Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and motivation. âą Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. âą Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments. âą Results-oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets. âą Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a proactive approach to collaboration.
