• Take the wheel of the release process for both the browser and admin panel, navigating multiple teams and projects like a pro. • Act as the ultimate bridge between Infrastructure, Product, Devs, and QA to ensure every launch is smooth and hits the deadline. • Keep the release pipeline flowing with minimal friction, coordinating timelines so features and fixes land exactly when they should. • Guard the gates of quality, spotting and squashing issues before they reach the finish line to ensure a top-tier user experience. • Keep the vibes and the info flowing—maintaining clear communication so every stakeholder is aligned and ready for blast-off. • Level up our game by continuously tweaking and scaling the release process to make it faster, smarter, and more efficient.
• 3+ years of experience in Release Management, specifically handling complex software deployment cycles. • Solid technical grip on CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI) and understand the full release pipeline. • English communication skills are top-notch (C1 level), both written and spoken—you'll be the primary sync point for everyone. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex timelines across multiple teams without losing focus. • Able to juggle multiple priorities and make informed, fast decisions under pressure. • A background in QA or software testing is a huge plus.
